These Terms and Conditions govern your use of exoticswanted.com and any vehicle transaction conducted through Exotics Wanted, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By accessing the website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Who We Are
Exotics Wanted, LLC is a Florida limited liability company that purchases exotic, luxury, and high-performance vehicles directly from private owners. We acquire vehicles through private transactions, not public auctions or consignment arrangements.
2. Eligibility
By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are the legal owner of any vehicle submitted for valuation (or are legally authorized to act on the owner’s behalf), and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction.
3. Service Coverage

4. How It Works
You submit your vehicle for valuation through our online form, providing accurate information including VIN, mileage, condition, service history, and recent photos. We review the submission and, if interested, present a purchase offer based on current market conditions and the information provided.
Submitting a vehicle does not guarantee a purchase offer. An offer, once presented, remains subject to verification of the vehicle’s condition, documentation, and title status. If material discrepancies are discovered between the information provided and the vehicle’s actual condition, the offer may be revised or withdrawn.
5. Required Documentation
To complete a transaction, we require valid government-issued identification, clear title (or, if there is a lien, payoff information from the lienholder), current registration, all keys, remotes, and included factory accessories, photo verification of the VIN, and an executed power of attorney for the vehicle where required for title transfer.
6. Payment & Transport
Payment is issued via secure wire transfer after title and documentation are received and verified. Vehicle pickup is door-to-door within the contiguous United States. All vehicles are transported via enclosed carrier with full insurance coverage. An inspection is completed at pickup; if the vehicle’s condition differs from the description provided, the offer may be adjusted before payment is finalized.
7. Your Representations
By submitting a vehicle for valuation or entering into a transaction with Exotics Wanted, you represent and warrant that all information you provide about the vehicle is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, including mileage, condition, accident history, and modification history. You represent that you hold clear title to the vehicle, or have disclosed all liens, encumbrances, and security interests. You confirm the vehicle has not been reported stolen, is not subject to any legal dispute, and is not part of any pending litigation. You have the legal authority to sell the vehicle and transfer title.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on exoticswanted.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, scoring methodologies, market analysis, research frameworks, and proprietary analytical tools, is the property of Exotics Wanted, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our published content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from Exotics Wanted, LLC. Unauthorized use of proprietary scoring systems, analytical frameworks, or research data may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

For completed vehicle transactions, our total liability is limited to the agreed purchase price of the vehicle. 11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exotics Wanted, LLC, its members, managers, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misrepresentation of any vehicle information, ownership status, or title condition, or (c) any third-party claims related to a vehicle you submitted or sold to Exotics Wanted.
12. Privacy & Security
Information provided is used only to evaluate and complete a vehicle sale. Details are not sold or shared outside the transaction process. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction with Exotics Wanted shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to binding arbitration administered in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. In the event Exotics Wanted prevails in any dispute, the opposing party shall be responsible for all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses incurred by Exotics Wanted. All dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Exotics Wanted, LLC. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates the most current version. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
